CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0, 4
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL
TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE PUBLIC INFORMATION
CONIMITTEE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists by the resignation of one
regular member of the Public Information Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Committee has requested City Council
to appoint a new member to fill said vacancy, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
that one (1) regular member.
NOW, THEREFORE ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That MARJORIE KELCH is hereby appointed
a regular
member
of the
Public
unexpired
term to
May 11,
19770
Information Committee to fill the
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
