CITY OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO9 � 7- 7-- -. (2 7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING SUBDIVISION IMPROVE-
MENT BONDS POSTED BY SHELL OIL COMPANY.
WHEREAS, Subdivision Improvement Bonds in the amount of
$30,500.00 and $20,500.00 were posted by Shell Oil Company,
as principal and the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, as
surety, for on -site and off -site improvements and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of said
Subdivision Improvement Bonds subject to receipt of a warranty
bond in the amount of $ 9 ,128 . 00 , and engineering fees in the
amount of $212.23, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC9 FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Subdivision Improvement Bonds in the
amount of
$51,000.00
posted by
Shell Oil
Company,
as principal
and Aetna
Casualty
and Surety
Company, as
surety,
are hereby
released,
subject
to
receipt of a one-year
warranty bond
in
th,e
amount of
$9 ,128 .
