CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R --- 7 7''�,9
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 75-80
WHICH NAMED AND RATIFIED CERTAIN FINANCIAL
INSTITUTIONS AS CITY DEPOSITORIES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager and Finance Director have
recommended to the City Council
that Resolution 75-80 be
repealed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken the recommendations
of the City Manager and Finance Director under advisement
and wishes to accept said recommendations thereby repealing
Resolution No. 75-80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
Section l: That Resolution 75-80, naming and ratifying
certain Financial Institutions as City depositories is hereby
repealed.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS day of , 1977.
