A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR AQUATIC
WEED DESTRUCTION CHEMICALS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has heretofore advertised
for bids for Aquatic Weed Destruction Chemicals, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of awarding the bid
for Aquatic Weed Destruction Chemicals to the lowest and best
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of

Chemicals, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference, is hereby approved.
