CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT
WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY TAMARAC PLAZA ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, a subdivision improvement warranty bond in the amount
of $15,331.00 was posted by Tamarac Plaza Associates as principal
and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co., as surety, and
WHEREAS, the warranty period has expired and the City Engineer
has recommended release of said bond following final inspection of
the improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.-
SECTION 1: That the subdivision improvement warranty bond in
the amount of $15,331,00posted by Tamarac Plaza Associates,
as principal and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co., as
surety is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
