RESOLUTION NO. 77-FI
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY L. LURIA & SONS TO BE
LOCATED IN SUNSHINE PLAZA,
WHEREAS, L. Luria &Sons has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance No. 75-43 for a single -faced wall sign to be
located on the building fasade,and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee has reviewed said
waiver and made recommendation thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said waiver.
NOW, THERE FORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested
by
L.
Luria & Sons for
a single -faced wall
sign
to
be located
on
the
building fasade
in Sunshine -Plazas -a
copy
of
which is -
attached hereto., a's "Exhibit A", is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 : Conditions of Approval.
NONE
