CITY OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA
RESOLUTION #
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF AN
IMPACT ASSESSMENT FEE PAID BY GFC BUILDERS
CORPORATION
WHEREAS, a fee for Impact Assessment in the amount of $255.87
was submitted by GFC Builders Corporation and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a recent ruling of the Court regarding
impact fee assessments, the City Council is now desirous of
releasing said Impact Assessment fee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC ,
FLORIDA:
SECTION l:
That
the
Impact Assessment fee for GFC Builders
in the amount of
$255.87
is hereby released.
