R - A RESOLUTION ALTIHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF TO FLORIDA POWER AND LICf3T 001MPANY WI�EREAS , Florida Power and Light has requested that the City of Tamarac grant a utility easement along a portion of Tract 38--A, site of the Fire Station, and ]REAS, the City Council wishes to grant said easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized to execute a utility easement to Florida, Power and Light Company, along a portion of Tract 38-A, copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof .
