A RESOLUTION VACATING A 20-FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT, LYING IN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP
49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS., there presently exists a certain 20-foot
utility easement, being legally described as'follows:
A portion of Tract "K'' , of LAND SECTION 4 GOLF COURSE
PLAT, as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 20, of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida, lying in Section 4,
Township 49 South, Range 41 East, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Plat of Woodmont
Recreation Complex, as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 49,
of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida; thence
N 12000100" E, along the West line of said Woodmont Recre-
ation Complex, a distance of 660.00 feet, to the Point of
Beginning; thence continue N 12000100" E. along the last
described course, a distance of 40.00 feet; thence N
15034155" W. continuing along said West line, a distance
of 21.04 feet; thence N 87027129" W. a distance of 10.40
feet, thence S 1200010011 W, a distance of 56.94 feet; thence
S78000' 00" E , a distance of 20.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Said lands situate lying and being in Broward County, Florida.

WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested
said utility easement; and
to vacate the
WHEREAS, those utility companies, having an interest in the
said utility *easement, have agreed to the vacation of same; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to vacate said utility
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 20-foot utility easement, being legally
described as follows:
