CITY OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO .77-96
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF LETTERS
OF CREDIT POSTED BY WOODLANDS REALTY
CORPORATION FOR NORTH LAUREL CIRCLE.
WHEREAS, Letters of Credit in the amounts of $41,000.00 and
$6,200,00 were posted by Woodlands Realty Corporation covering the
North Laurel Circle project, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said Letters of Credit, and
WHEREAS,

the City Council wishes to release said Letters of
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letters of Credit in the amounts of
$41,000.00 and $6,200.00 posted by Woodlands Realty Corporation
covering the North Laurel Circle project is hereby released.
SECTION 2: Conditions:
Release conditioned up on receipt of substitute bond in the amount
of $6, 327,15,
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
