JENNINGS, JAMES C. GRAINGER, RALPH PIKE AND PATRICIA PIKE, HIS WIFE. WHEREAS, the City. Council has agreed unanimously to dedicate an easement for utility, drainage and sewage to Douglas H. Jennings, James C. Grainger, Ralph Pike and Patricia Pike, his wife, utility and sewage purposes, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: for SECTION 1: That the Mayor and the City Manager be and the same are hereby authorized and directed to execute an easement for utility, drainage and sewage purposes to Douglas H. Jennings, James C. Grainger, Ralph Pike and Patricia Pike, his wife, which easement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
