A RESOLUTION REPEALING SECTION l OF
RESOLUTION 76-106 WHICH AUTHORIZED
THE RELEASE OF $405,76 IN IMPACT
ASSESSMENT FEES TO ASTRO BUILDING
CORP'O*RAT ION .
WHEREAS, a fee for Impact Assessment in the amount
of $1,112.41 was submitted by Astro Building Corporation, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac pursuant to a recent
ruling of the Court regarding Impact Fee Assessments now desires
to refund to Astro Building Corporation impact fees remitted to
the City, less an adjustment for recomputed building permit fees,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council
releasing said Impact Assessment Fee,
and repealing Section 1 of Resolution
follows:

"SECTION 1: That the Impact Assessment
fees for Astro Building Corporation in the amount
of $405.76 is hereby released."
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
That Section 1 of Resolution 76-106
releasing, Impact Assessment Fees to Astro Building Corporation
in the amount of $405.76 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: That the Impact Assessment fees for
Astro building Corporation in the amount of $612.41 is he eby released.
