A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE
SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY SUMMIT BANK.
WHEREAS, Summit Bank has requested a waiver from the
Sign Ordinance for the size and setback of a sign to be
located in front of the bank structure on University
Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee has reviewed
said waiver request and made favorable recommendation
to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve said
waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for waiver to the Sign
Ordinance requested by Summit Bank for the size and setback
of a sign to be located in front of the bank structure,
University Drive, a copy of which is attached hereto as
"Exhibit A", is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval.

Note: Two (2) blueprints or inked drawings of the plans and specifications and
method of construction and attachment to building or in the ground, must
be submitted with this petition.
One (1) original and six (6) copies of this petition shalt be submitted
to the Beautification Committee.
Payment in the amount of $25-00 must accompany this petition.

the Beautification Committee shall consider the petition as an agenda item. Within
thirty days after the consideration of the Beautification Committee, the City Clerk
shall cause said petition to be placed on the agenda of the City Council for
it's consideration, and said petition shall be accompanied by the written recommen-
dations of the Beautification Committee.
In the event the waiver and exception is granted by the : City Council, the Council
shall cause a Resolution to be issued, stating the terms and conditions upon which
the waiver and exception has been granted. ,
