CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R 78-5
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A LETTER OF CREDIT FOR
MEDIAN CUT; SURETY BOND AND CASH BOND FOR
SIDEWALK AND SWALE WORK POSTED BY THE GREENS
OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, A Letter of Credit in the amount of $2,867.50 was
posted by the Greens of Tamarac for median cut; and
WHEREAS, a Surety Bond in the amount of $7,930.00 and a
Cash Bond in the amount of $188.75 were posted by the Greens of
Tamarac for sidewalk and swale work, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection on said
projects and recommends release of said Letter of Credit and bonds,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said Letter of
Credit and Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the Letter of Credit in the amount of
$2,867.50 posted by the Greens of Tamarac is hereby released.
SECTION 2: That the Surety Bond in the amount of $7,930.00
and the Cash Bond in the amount of $188.75 posted by the Greens
of Tamarac is hereby released.
SECTION 3: Conditions of Approval:
This release is subject to receipt of a 257o Warranty Bond
in the amount of $3,223. 84 and the balance of all appropriate
fees due the City be paid; And, the end of the median curb on
88th Avenue be painted yellow prior to bonds being released.
