CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R_ 2— 7
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION FOR ON PREMISES CONSUMPTION
OF BEER AND WINE AT CAPE COD CLAM BOX.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a
public hearing, and
WHEREAS, Cape Cod Clam Box has applied for a special
exception to permit beer and wine consumption on the premises
of Cape Cod Clam Box, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit beer and wine consumption on the premises of Cape Cod
Clam Box is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1. To close no later than 2:00 AM local time.
2. Chief Building Official to determine adequacy of
restroom facilities.
