CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- _le 7
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR
WATERSIDE.
WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by the City of
amarac, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac has re-
iewed said plat and has made recommendation for approval, adoption and
xecution of said plat by the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and has made
ecommendation for approval and acceptance of said plat by the City of
amarac, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approving said
lat.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning Commission
and the City Engineer the plat submitted for approval the same being
WATERSIDE
be and the same is hereby approved, with the following conditions:
1. Developer's Letter of Agreement, dated 6/28/78, agreeing toi
post cash bond for one-half of the cost of construction of
culvert crossing at south end of N. W. 79th Ave. to be
approved by City Attorney.
2. Declaration of Covenant and Restrictions for homeowners
association to be completed and submitted to City Attorney
for approval within 60 days after plat recorded. No permits
may be issued until the Covenant is completed and approved
by the City Attorney.
3. No permits to be issued until plat approved and recorded at
County. If County doesn't approve plat, the $4,080.80
recreation fee submitted is to be refunded to applicant.
The site plan would then be nullified.
4. Fee Schedules are to be reviewed and recomputed, all appro-

priate fees and bonds then to be paid prior to issuance of
any permits.
5. There will be no vested rights.
6. All approvals would be nullified if County does not approve
the plat.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorize
and instructed to execute said plat.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1978.
