CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.�-
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS FOR LOT 187 AND 50 OF SUNFLOWER.
PLAT BOOK 76. PAGE 32.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state
any objection it may have to release of canal reservations across
the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and
has recommended the City file no objection to such release.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:-
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection
to the release of canal reservations involving the land described
as Lot 187 and 50 of Sunflower, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 76, at Page 32, of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida.
