RESOLUTION NO. -1 2 _I 13
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF WARRANTY
LETTER OF CREDIT BY WOODLANDS REALTY
CORPORATION FOR NORTH LAUREL CIRCLE.
WHEREAS, A Warranty Letter of Credit in the amount of $6,327.15
was posted by Woodlands Realty Corporation covering the North Laurel
Circle project, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspections and
recommends release of said Warranty Letter of Credit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said Warranty Letter
of Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Warranty Letter of Credit in the amount of
$6,327.15 posted by Woodlands Realty Corporation covering the North
Laurel Circle project is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this oZ day of 1978.
