A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
RELEASE OF A CASH BOND POSTED BY UNIVERSITY
HOUSING
'!CORPORATION FOR CORRECTIVE WORK.
AT THE !CORPORATION.
PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 0-78-31, University
Housing Corporation posted a $2,000.00 cash bond for
corrective work at -the Tanglewood project, and
WHEREAS, said work has been completed and inspected by
the Chief Building Official who recommends release of such bond,

WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendation
of the Chief Building Official and wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMAR.AC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the $2,000.00 cash bond posted by
University Housing Corporation for corrective work at the
Tanglewood Project is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This REsolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
