CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 'T9_ Its
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL TO
APPOINT TWO MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUST-
MENT UPON THE EXPIRATIONS OF TWO TERMS OF
OFFICE: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, two vacancies exist in the expiration of the terms of
two regular members of the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of filling said vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That �QY�r�psCtiin"�
is hereby appointed a member of the Board of Adjustment, for a term
u l � ��� with all the powers and duties
to expire J
enumerated in
F.SS. 163
and Section
28 of
the Code
of Ordinances.
SECTION
2 : That

is hereby appointed a member of the Board of Adjustment, for a term
to expire Z_1-7 1101061 , with all the powers and duties
enumerated in F.SS. 163 and Section 28 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 3: Any member of the Board of Adjustment may be removed
from office for cause by the City Council upon written charges and
after public hearing.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
