CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7of- 12_1:�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION FOR ON PREMISES CONSUMPTION
OF BEER AND WINE AT AT'S-A-PIZZA.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a public
hearing, and
WHEREAS, Hake, Inc. A/K/A At's-A-Pizza has applied for a special
exception to permit beer and wine consumption on the premises of
At's-A-Pizza, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
1 beer and wine consumption on the premises of At's-A-Pizza is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
a) Closing 2:00 A.M. local time.
b) License is transferable.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this c& day of 1978.
