CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 9
A RESOLUTION VACATING A 12-FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT, LYING IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP
49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, there presently exists a certain. 12-foot utility ease-
ments being legally described as follows:
and
(See Exhibit A)
WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested to vacate the said
utility easement; and
WHEREAS, those utility companies having an interest in the said
utility easement have agreed to the vacation of same; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to vacate said utility easement
SNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 12-foot utility easement, being legally
described as follows:
(See Exhibit A)
is hereby vacated.

EXHIBIT "A" - Reaa'# W--/2-e
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said "Plaza De Las Torres" plat;
thence S 89*01'23"E along the north line of said plat for 269.00 feet;
thence S 0'58'37"W for 6.00 feet to the point of beginning of the
centerline of the twelve foot easement; thence continue S 0058'37"W
along said centerline for 93.60 feet to point "A"; thence S 89'01'23"E
for 325.00 feet to the easterly terminus of said easement;
also
Beginning at said point "A"; thence N 89001'23"W for 110.00 feet to the
westerly terminus of said easement.
Said lands situate lying and being in Broward County, Florida.
