CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
1 RESOLUTION NO. R-78-132
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ENDORSING
THE APPLICATION OF THE TAMARAC COMMUNITY
3 DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FUNDING
YEAR 1979/80

WHEREAS, the Local Citizens Advisory group has held Public
5
Hearings on the Community Development Block Grant Program; and
6
WHEREAS, the Local Citizens Advisory group endorses and
7
recommends said program to the City Council for: 1. fire hydrant
8
installation; 2. sidewalk construction; 3. water line sealing and
9
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to endorse the application
10
for said program.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
12
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac
14
hereby endorses the application of the Community Development Block
15
Grant Program, Funding Year 1979/80 for: 1. fire hydrant installation;
16
2. sidewalk construction; 3. water line sealing.

PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27th day of July 1978.
