RESOLUTION NO . f - ?-/3 y
A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING SEPTEMBER 30th
AND OCTOBER 1st., 1978 AS PIONEER DAYS
IN THE CITY OF TAMARAC; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
is aware of the many achievements of Broward Countians as well
as the rich history of Broward County., and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
is desirous of proclaiming September 30th and October 1st, 1978
as "Pioneer Days".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac.
Florida supports execution of a Mayoral Proclamation
to designate September 30th and October lst, 1978 as
"Pioneer Days" in Tamarac.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /.3 day of 1978.
