CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A WAIVER OF THE
CITY'S SIGN ORDINANCE TO TRENDSETTER HOMES.
WHEREAS, an application has been made by Trendsetter Homesi
for a waiver of the City's sign ordinance for an entry sign on each
entry wall; and
WHEREAS, a hardship is claimed since th.e symmetrical entry
design of either side of the roadway is such that a sign is necessary
on each wall in order to be seen from either direction of approach,;
and
WHEREAS, the granting of said waiver is in the best in-
Iterests of the citizens of said City.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That pursuant to the terms of Section 21-15
)f the Tamarac City Code, a waiver is granted to Trendsetter Homes
.or entry sign on each. entry wall on Black Olive Drive.
SECTION 2: The conditions of the granting of this
vaiver are as follows:
A)DNF
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
Lmmediately upon its adoption.
