CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 2 7J-/�.3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL
TO APPOINT ONE ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists for an alternate member of the
Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of filling said
vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That Ct-e-a r9e 1 fi�e_)<-�
is hereby appointed as an alternate member of the Board of Adjust-
ment, for a term to expire 21L. ��ff7of with all
the powers and duties enumerated in F.SS. 163 and Section 28 of the
Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 2: That any alternate member of the Board of
Adjustment may be removed from office for cause by the City Council
upon written charges and after public hearing.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective im-
mediately upon its adoption.
