CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7j- / Y2
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WARRANTY BOND
POSTED BY SHELL OIL CO.
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Improvement Warranty Bond in the amount''i
of Nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty Eight Dollars ($9,128.00) was
posted by Shell Oil Company, as principal, and Aetna Casualty &
Surety Co., as surety, for the Shell Oil station located at the
northeast corner of University Drive & McNab Road; and
WHEREAS, the Shell Oil Company has requested release of said
bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has approved the final inspection
and recommends release of said bond; and
WHEREAS,the Council.wishes to release said Bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Subdivision Improvement Warranty
Bond in the sum of Nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty Eight Dollars
($9,128.00) posted by Shell Oil Company, as principal, and Aetna
Casualty & Surety Co., as surety, is hereby RELEASED.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS day of September, 1978.
