CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-_2,P-IyoP
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUB-
DIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED BY ATLANTIC
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, a subdivision improvement bond in the amount
of $5,312.50 was posted by Atlantic Federal Savings & Loan
Association of Ft. Lauderdale, as principal and Fidelity and
Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety for installation of
sidewalks and a fire hydrant, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wished to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the subdivision improvement bond in the
amount of $5,312.50 posted by Atlantic Federal Savings & Loan
Association of Ft. Lauderdale as principal and Fidelity and Deposit
Company of Maryland as surety, is hereby released.
