CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. ?- 7.P
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUB-
DIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED BY TAMARAC
UTILITIES, INC., FOR SEWER LINES TO TAMARAC
JEWISH CENTER.
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Improvement Bond in the amount of
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) was posted by Tamarac Utili-
ties, Inc., as principal; and Argonaut Insurance Company, as surety,
for sewer lines to Tamarac Jewish Center; and
WHEREAS, Tamarac Utilities is requesting release of said
Bond #092099-133; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has approved a final inspection
and recommends release of said Bond and waiving the requirements forf
a 25% Warranty Bond; and
WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed said recommendations.and
wishes to release said Bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the Subdivision Improvement Bond posted
by Tamarac Utilities Inc.,as principal, and Argonaut.Insurance Com-
pany, as surety, in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00), is hereby RELEASED.
SECTION 2: Conditions:
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ' ' '
