CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7,P /6--
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF
THE FRANCHISE FOR SOUTHERN SANITATION.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. R-77-15, the City renewed the
franchise for Southern Sanitation for collection of garbage
and trash in commercial areas of the City, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to extend said franchise until
April 30, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED -BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Franchise Agreement with Southern
Sanitation for collection of garbage and trash in commercial
areas is hereby extended until April 30, 1978.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this _day of 1978.
