CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. -7e-ISU
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
FOR REMOVAL OF ABANDONED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has engaged an ordinance -
adopting Section 705.16 of the Florida Statutes which pertains to
removal and destruction of abandoned property, and
WHEREAS, Section 705.16(2)(d) provides that the City may
expand upon the definition of Enforcement Officer by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the term Enforcement Officer means Police
Chief, all certified police officers and all City Code Enforcement
Officers.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this d 7 day of %'_AAA 1978.
