A RESOLUTION -DESIGNATING -ACTING CITY MANAGER
IN THE ABSENCE'OF THE CITY MANAGER

WHEREAS, the City Manager has designated Nancy Ciummo
to be Acting City Manager in his absence or disability, and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the City Council to 1
approve the designation made by the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF

THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Tamarac City Council approves and
ratifies the designation of Nancy Ciummo as Acting City Manager in
the absence or disability of the City Manager. In the absence or
disability of the City Manager, the Acting City Manager shall assume
his duties and responsibilities.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately.
