A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING OCTOBER AS
HADASSAH MONTH IN THE CITY OF TAMARAC;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
is aware of the many contributions made by Hadassah, the Women's
Zionist Organization of America; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
is desirous of proclaiming October as "HADASSAH MONTH".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida supports execution of a Mayoral Proclamation to
designate the month of October as "HADASSAH MONTH" in Tamarac.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 27 day ofj, 1978.
