RESOLUTION NO. R- -7,p/,(,
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE
FINANCIAL STATEMENT AND AUDIT REPORT PRE-
PARED BY ALEXANDER GRANT AND COMPANY FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1976/1977
WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the Charter of the City
of Tamarac provides for an independent annual audit of all
City accounts by a certified public accountant or firm, and
WHEREAS, the firm of Alexander Grant and Company
has prepared such audit pursuant to the Charter, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept such
audit report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the audit report of the accounts
of the City prepared by Alexander Grant and Company be and the
same is hereby accepted by the City Council.
