CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7,P-/Z
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF AN
IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT POSTED BY
DR. DANIEL RESNICK FOR THE TIMBER RUN
SERVICE STATION.
WHEREAS, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, #BT-0022, in the amount
of Six Thousand, Five Hundred and Thirty -Four Dollars and Twenty -Five
Cents ($6,534.25) was issued to Dr. Daniel Resnick by the Bank of
Tamarac for the Timber Run Service Station; and
WHEREAS, the Timber Run Service Station has requested release of
said Letter of Credit; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has approved the final inspection and
recommends release of said Letter of Credit; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to release said Letter of Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the sum of
Six Thousand, Five Hundred and Thirty -Four Dollars and Twenty -Five
Cents ($6,534.25) issued by the Bank of Tamarac for the Timber Run
Service Station is hereby RELEASED.
SECTION 2 : Conditions: `-71-�
