CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- -/,6
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
CORRECTED RELEASE OF COVENANT ON PARCELS
B AND C ON MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC LAKES,
NINTH SECTION.
WHEREAS, the Release of Covenant on Parcels B and C, of
Mainlands of Tamarac Lakes, Ninth Section filed in OR Book 7547,
page 723 incorrectly, stated the date of filing as April 4, 1977
of the Covenant on this property, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney recommends to the City Council
that a corrected Release of Covenant, stating the correct date of
filing the Covenant as April 21, 1977, should be executed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommenda-
tion of the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized to execute a corrected Release of Covenant for Parcels B
and C of the Mainlands of Tamarac Lakes, Ninth Section.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
record said corrected Release of Covenant in the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its adoption.
