CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7X- /7_3
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN OFF -SITE EASEMENT
FROM ROBERT J. BISHOP, TRUSTEE, FOR THE
HEFTLER HOMES PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Robert J. Bishop has offered to the City of Tamarac
and Tamarac Utilities, Inc. an off -site easement for the Heftler
Homes project for purposes of construction, operation and maintenance
of underground facilities, and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac wishes to accept and enter into
said off -site easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:. That the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute an off -site easement for the
Heftler Homes project between Robert J. Bishop, Trustee,
Tamarac Utilities, Inc. and the City of Tamarac for construction,
operation and maintenance of underground utility facilities.
