CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.f- 7P 177
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S OFFICIAL
BOUNDARY MAP.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida has
annexed property to the corporate limits of the City of Tamarac at
its 1977 session; and
WHEREAS, this annexation was effective on October 1, 1978;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to modify all official
documents including its zoning maps and any boundary maps to reflect
this property as being in the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the property described as:
(Annexation Parcel 4-77) The Homestead Territory:
That certain area of land currently not in the corporate
limits of the City of Tamarac which is entirely con-
tiguous to and surrounded by the existing city limits
of Tamarac commencing at the centerline of Rock Island
Road and a portion of the south boundary line of The
Mainlands of Tamarac Lakes (Section 6A), as recorded in
Plat Book 67, Page 3, then proceeding south along the
centerline of Rock Island Road to a portion of the -north
boundary of the Sabal Palm Golf Course, then commencing
easterly along that portion of the north boundary of the
Sabal Palm Golf Course to a portion of the west boundary
line of the Sabal Palm Golf Course, then commencing
northerly along the west boundary of Sabal Palm Golf
Course to a portion of the south boundary of The Mainlands
of Tamarac Lakes (Section 6A) plat, then commencing
westerly along a portion of the south boundary of that
subdivision to the centerline of Rock Island Road;
is now recognized as being within the City of Tamarac.

SECTION 2: That the City Clerk and all other appropriate
staffare hereby directed to show this property on all official
documents including the zoning map and any boundary maps as being
within the corporate limits.
SECTION 3: This Resolution,shall become effective
immediately.
