CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. (Z-7d'-/7JP
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EX-
CEPTION FOR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES IN RESTAURANT TO BE LOCATED
IN THE PROPOSED CLUB SHOPPING PLAZA.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a
Public Hearing; and
WHEREAS, V.G.F.INC., has applied for a special exception
to permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises
of a restaurant to be located in the proposed Club Shopping Plaza
(on N. W. 57th. Street and Commercial Boulevard, east of 64th Avenue,
Tamarac); and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held on October 12th,
1978, and the public has been given an opportunity to express their
views concerning the application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages in a restaurant to be
located in the proposed Club Shopping Plaza, is hereby APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of \\approval (if any):
