A RESOLUTION RELEASEING BOND #031878 POSTED
BY LEADERSHIP HOUSING, INC
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1: Upon approval by the Circuit Court of
the Stipulation submitted by Leadership Housing and Broward County
and amending Paragraph 4I of the Motion of the Order on Motion for
Clarification entered herein on August 27, 1976, the,appropriate Cit,)
officials are hereby authorized to discharge and exonerate Bond
#031878 placed with the City.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be effective
immediately.
