CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO ENTER INTO A STIPULATED ORDER WITH LEADER-
SHIP HOUSING, INC.
WHEREAS, Leadership Housing, Inc. has offered a Stipulated
Order for landscaping pursuant to agreement by Leadership Housing
at the July 26 and 27, 1978 City Council Meetings, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed said Stipulated Order
and recommends that Council authorize its execution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation
of the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Attorney be authorized and
instructed to execute a Stipulated Order with Leadership Housing,
Inc. relating to "landscaping" in Land Sections 4, 5 and 6.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this (p day of �% ,1978.
