CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7X-/?7
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EX-
CEPTION TO PERMIT A COMMERCIAL BANK IN
A B-6 ZONING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a Public
Hearing; and
WHEREAS, Alfred B. Leeds, Osvaldo Riveron and Leocadio
Riveron, have applied for a special exception (Petition #26-Z-78),
to permit the construction of a commercial bank in a B-6 Zoning
District, located on the North side of McNab Road approximately
650 feet west of University Drive; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held on October 12th,
1978, and the public has been given an opportunity to express their
views concerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
interest, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit a commercial bank in a B-6 Zoning District, is hereby
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:Subject to all condi-
tinny requested by 'Council as stated by petitioner on 11/8/78
and all ot-her zoning and code regulations.
