CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7(f-l"
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A
SURETY BOND POSTED FOR PIZZA HUT OF
TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, a surety bond in the amount of $60,337.91 was
posted by Central Development, Inc. dba Pizza Hut of Tamarac, as
principal and Commercial Union Insurance Company, as surety
for pavement, drainage and water distribution, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said surety bond subject to receipt of a
one-year warranty bond in the amount of $2,842.59, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation
of the City Engineer by releasing said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the surety bond in the amount of $60,337.91
is hereby released, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $2,842.59
