CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- %P- /J19
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SURETY BOND
AND CASH BOND POSTED FOR ST. MALACHY'S CHURCH
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, a $6,600.00 surety bond was posted by Pagliara
Builders, Inc., as principal and Seaboard Surety Company as
surety for sidewalk improvements at St. Malachy's Church Parish
Hall, and
WHEREAS, a $1.56 cash bond was posted by Pagliara Builders
as a balance of total bond amount for said improvements, and
WHEREAS, University Drive has been designated a State road with
improvements made thereto being the responsibility of the State of Fla. and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a bond for sidewalk
improvements is no longer needed as a result of the State assuming
responsibility for University Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the $6,600.00 surety bond posted by Pagliara
Builders, Inc. as principle and Seaboard Surety Company, as surety
is hereby released.
SECTION 2: That the $1.56 cash bond posted by Pagliara
Builders, as a balance of the total bond required for sidewalk
improvements at St Malachy's Church is hereby released.
