CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. -
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE COMMERCIAL
GARBAGE COLLECTION FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS
FOR ALL SERVICE REFUSE COMPANY AND COUNTY
WASTE,INC., UNTIL APRIL 30. 1978
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 76-155, the City entered
into a franchise agreement with ALL SERVICE REFUSE COMPANY for the
collection of garbage and trash in the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 76-154, the City entered
into a franchise agreement with COUNTY WASTE, INC., for the
collection of garbage and trash in the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to extend said franchise
agreements until April 30, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Franchise Agreement with ALL
SERVICE REFUSE COMPANY for collection of garbage and trash in
the City of Tamarac is hereby extended until April 30, 1978.
SECTION 2: That the Franchise Agreement with COUNTY
WASTE, INC. for collection of garbage and trash in the City of
Tamarac is hereby extended until April 30, 1978.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1-% day of ,1978.
