CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-78-192
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL TO APPOINT
SEVEN REGULAR MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF SOCIAL
SERVICES, ONE ALTERNATE MEMBER AND TWO CONSULTANTS
TO THE BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.,
WHEREAS, City Council is desirous of appointing regular
members to the Board of Social Services, and
WHEREAS, City Council ,is desirous of appointing
alternate members to the Board of Social Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby appointee
members of the Board of Social Services for terms to expire
May 11, 1979.
LEE SPRINCE JANET WAHLBOM
DR. MAURICE ABBY VIRGINIA TAYLOR
CAROLINE FEFFER
MILTON WILLNER
HILDEGARD SCHWARTZ
SECTION 2: That the alternate member designated by the
Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Tamarac shall
serve for a period of one (1) year until May 11, 1979 and in the ab
Bence or inability of any regular member of the said Board of Social
Services to serve, said alternate shall thereupon serve in the place
of said regular member, with all the powers and duties as are vested
in said regular member.
SECTION 3: That the following persons are hereby
appointed an alternate member of the Board of Social Services of the -
City of Tamarac.
VINCENT BASILE
SECTION 4: That the following persons are hereby
appointed consultants to the Board of Social Services for terms to
expire May 11, 1979.

SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
