CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7P 1 %�
A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING THE WEEK OF
NOVEMBER 11TH THROUGH NOVEMBER 18TH,1978
TO BE DESIGNATED AS TAMARAC YOUTH SOCCER
WEEK; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
is aware of the need for youth orientated activities; and
WHEREAS, The Tamarac Youth Soccer League has organized a
Soccer Program for the youth of the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, The Tamarac Youth Soccer League will begin its
first season of play in the City of Tamarac on Saturday,
November 11,1978 at Tamarac Park.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
is desirous of proclaiming November llth through November 18th, 1978
as "Tamarac Youth Soccer Week".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida supports execution of a Mayoral Proclamation to designate
the week of November llth through November 18th, 1978 as "Tamarac
Youth Soccer Week" in Tamarac.
SECTION 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
