A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A ONE-YEAR
4 WARRANTY BOND POSTED BY INLAND SEAL COATING,INC.
FOR REVISED VEHICULAR CIRCULATION AT THE SUMMIT
5 BANK.

WHEREAS, Resolution #R 77-149 reduced Bond #122585, to
7
a one-year Warranty Bond in the amount of $800.00, posted by
8
Inland Seal Coating, Inc. as principal, and the. American Fire &
9
Casualty Co. as surety, for revised vehicular circulation at the
10
Summit Bank; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
13 recommends to the City Council that the final improvements on
14 said project be approved; and
15
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the City En-
16
gineer's recommendation by releasing said Warranty Bond.

18NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
19 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That Bond #R122585, reduced to the amount
21
of $800.00, as a one-year Warranty Bond, posted by Inland Seal
22
Coating, Inc. as principal, and the American Fire & Casualty Co.
23
as surety, for the improvements covered thereunder, is hereby
24
RELEASED.

26 SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective im
27 mediately upon its adoption.
