A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR ONE (1)
EACH, COMPACT POLICE VEHICLE, 1978 or
1979 MODEL
WHEREAS, the CITY OF TAMARAC has heretofore advertised
for bids for proposals for one (1) each, compact police vehicle,
1978 or 1979 model; and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of awarding the
bid for one compact police vehicle, 1978 or 1979 model, to the
lowest and best bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the bid ofy�� .'-.-
in the amount of for one compact police vehicle,
1978 or 1979 model is hereby approved.
Section 2: This Resolution shall become effectively
immediately upon its adoption.
