A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. R-77-30 AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR RECODIFICATION OF THE TAMARAC
CITY CHARTER AND ORDINANCES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to notify the Municipal Code Corporation to terminate the arrange-
ments for a recodification of the City Code.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are authorized to
pay, if they have not already done so, a sum not to exceed $2,000.00 to the
Municipal Code Corporation for codification work done to date.
SECTION 3: That Resolution No. R-77-30 authorizing the City of
Tamarac to enter into an agreement with Municipal Code Corporation for re -
codification of the City Charter and Ordinances is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
